About Us
Nigel Francis
Nigel Francis has 31 years experience in the catering industry. Initially
working in Event Catering then moving to an Area Operational Role within
Sutcliffe, Granada and Eurest. Most recently as Operations Director for the
Corporate Accounts division of Eurest. Nigel managed a portfolio of Individual and Group
Contracts within the Financial and Telecommunications sectors. Nigel has
first hand experience of setting up quality operations from conception.
Sucessful projects undertaken were mobilising two very large group
contracts, and moving another from a traditional subsidy base of over £2
million to sucessfully achieving nil cost.
