Catering Developments was appointed in January 1995 to produce a catering and vending strategy for all their various sites throughout UK and to monitor the performance of the vending and catering contractors. Since then we have carried out twelve design projects and tendered seventeen catering facilities within UK and Belgium. We are continuing to monitor the performance of the catering and vending contractors.
