Gyle Food CourtIn 1993 Catering Developments designed and developed the Food Court in Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh. This Food Court became the largest public catering operation in Scotland with a net annual turnover of £4.5 million. In 1999 we designed and installed one of the UK's largest public catering tray and plate washing operations.  |
